For digital products digital products, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy on all our digital products, including but not limited to eBooks and courses. For physical products such as books, toys, apparel, or any tangible items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

We do not offer cash refunds.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
